Healthy Oat Pancake Recipe!!
There is nothing better than that amazing smell and taste of pancakes in the morning right? So when I would hear about "healthy foods" pancakes never came to my mind. I would deprive myself to greens and fruits. That did not last long and was not a success either. I have a passion for health and fitness and I LOVE FOOD. Eating clean should not mean depriving yourself or be boring. Food should taste good! So I decided to learn how to cook but not just cook, I wanted to cook clean, healthy, and yummy. That is when I realized there are SO many great recipes! Today I will show you my favorite oat (and protein optional) pancakes that are perfect for breakfast!INGREDIENTS |

COOKING!! |
2. Mix remaining dry ingredients & add oatmeal mixture.
3. Add egg whites and mix until well blended. I used blender for a smoother batter but that is optional! The batter may be thick and if you would like to thin it out add more rice milk or water.
4.Cook on a hot griddle and spray Pam before.
5. There are so many options for the toppings! Nuts, Fruits, Agave syrup, etc. I used sliced bananas, sun-flower seed butter, honey, and cinnamon.
